Can HGL mobilize to project sites outside Al-Ahsa?
Yes. HGL's field teams regularly deploy across the Eastern Province including Jubail, Dammam, Abqaiq, Shedgum, and the Jafurah Gas Field. Contact us to confirm mobilization timelines for your location.
How long does it take to receive a proposal after contacting you?
Standard proposals are delivered within one business day. For complex multi-service engagements or ARAMCO supply chain testing programs, we may require 48 hours for a comprehensive technical and commercial proposal.
Are HGL test reports accepted by ARAMCO directly?
Yes. As a SAEP 383-evaluated, permanently approved ARAMCO vendor (#10043591), HGL test reports are directly accepted by ARAMCO QA/QC and inspection teams for applicable testing scopes.
Does HGL issue digital test reports?
Yes. All reports are issued digitally via our LIMS system with PDF and hard-copy options available. Reports include full test method references, equipment calibration identifiers, and signatory engineer details.
What is the minimum engagement size HGL accepts?
HGL accepts both single-test requests and full-project testing programs. Whether you need a one-off soil classification or a year-long ARAMCO project testing contract, we're ready to serve you at any scale.
Can HGL provide geotechnical study reports for permit applications?
Yes. HGL is approved by both Al-Ahsa Municipality and the Eastern Province Municipality for geotechnical studies - our reports are accepted for building permit and infrastructure development applications.
